Yes. The Insiders Shop is exclusively available to members of the Island Insiders Club by Sandals and Beaches Resorts. To access and make purchases from the shop, you must be enrolled in the program and have a valid 16-digit Member ID.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding customs clearance. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any customs processing delays.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your package.

We currently accept returns on apparel only. If you're not completely satisfied with your eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery at our Contact Us page.

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. Pre-order items are expected to ship within 30 to 60 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
